"Jewels of the Earth" - Women's Retreat Weekend

February 23rd & 24th 2008 - London

This retreat weekend offers the opportunity to:

  • Create space for your self, allowing time to centre and rejuvenate
  • Explore ancient and contemporary ways of self-healing
  • Learn creative and healing-arts techniques
  • Form new growth for the New Year and gain insight into new paths and visions

Within this weekend we will be exploring the healing aspects within the four elements of Earth, Fire, Air & Water. Through working with Guided Meditation, Relaxation and Shamanic Healing Techniques the weekend offers plenty of opportunities to reconnect, restore and rejuvenate for the year ahead.

All women are welcome. No experience necessary

Saturday 23rd February 10.00am-5pm / Sunday 24th February 10.00am - 4.00pm

The weekend (non-residential) is held from my practice in Mile End, London E3.

Weekend cost: £95 p/p
